Forever Classic Games LLC operates under a business license issued through the State of Virginia. The policy statements on this page are meant as a general summary of our guidelines and practices.
Our Mission
Our mission is to add value to the media we love through transparent and honest practices and business. Our content is fueled by encouraging and supporting our staff and volunteers to follow their passions and interests. We relish in discovery and celebrate stories that may otherwise go overlooked by major media outlets.
General Policy on Transparency
Business connections may be made public unless contracted under some sort of NDA.
We will always be completely open about who we work with including partnerships such as sponsored content, advertisements, and other general business/projects. Opinions, review scores, etc cannot be purchased. We will never enter an agreement that forces a positive slant on content/media.
Opinions of individuals, such as staff, volunteers community members, etc do not reflect Forever Classic Games LLC. Please refer to our Team Page for an up-to-date list of current team members and contributors.
Business Disclaimer
Unless otherwise contracted with a signed agreement/contract, you are not working with Forever Classic Games LLC. By default, you are just talking with Alex McCumbers or Zach Snyder.
General Policy on Privacy
We will always ask permission and preference when it comes to representing individuals in our content. We can even update preferences upon request, such as a change in pronouns or connected links. Data collected through website statistics are not directly shared or sold by Forever Classic Games LLC. Please note that most of our data come from larger sources (SquareSpace, Google, Twitch, etc) that may be shared with other entities.
Content Disclaimer
We always try to make our content as accurate as possible at the time of publishing. Major updates to articles are usually added as a separate line in the post with dates included, notating said change. Minor changes are applied as they come up such as repairing a broken link or fixing a spelling mistake. We encourage corrections in regard to facts or sources through our contact avenues. We do not update review scores once posted. We may, on occasion, re-review media in the case of substantial updates or expansions. We do not cover adult-rated games but we do cover content rated Mature by the ESRB which may include sensitive content such as graphic violence or sensitive topics. Generally, we consider our website and content to be for mature audiences.
