TMNT Shredder’s Revenge Expands with Dimension Shellshock DLC

More Reasons to Shout Cowabunga!

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge, one of the best beat-em-up titles of 2022 and one of the best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle games ever is now even better through new downloadable content called DImension Shellshock. Featuring two new characters and extra modes, there’s no better time than now to return to the cartoony brawler or dive in for the first time.

The samurai Usagi Yojimbo, who has teamed up with the turtles in comics a few times, joins the fight with calm, dynamic sword strikes. Also joining the fight, fan-favorite ninja Karai explodes on the scene with a flurry of mid-air punches that a few fans might recognize. A new survival mode holds more secrets and mutation cameos while the game continues to vibe with the tunes of Tee Lopes. Completing various challenges even unlocks new pallets that range from NES nostalgia to black-and-white comic-style skins.

Dimension Shellshock is available on all platforms for $7.99 USD but it is currently on sale. Plus the game and the DLC can be bundled for extra savings.

As an incredible tribute to all things Ninja Turtles, especially the 80s cartoon, this is a fantastic experience even for those who lack the pleasure of knowing why Donatello, Raphael, Leonardo, and Michaelangelo have been so popular for so many years. We thoroughly enjoyed our playthrough of the game at launch and most of us at Forever Classic Games plan on taking another romp through the mean green streets of New York to meet all the new characters and take on the new challenges. Our only real criticism of the adventure at the time was that we wished there was more and we have a feeling that we’ll still be wanting more by the time we tackle the new content. Tribute Games absolutely nailed representing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and it is impressive that they were able to craft a fantastic beat-em-up on top of that tremendous task.
